what is NOSH? don't know? well, it's yiddish. it refers to eating and can sometimes be considered slang for "food". it can also reference a snack or light meal. hence our name; nibbles and nosh. snacks and eats for those who only speak american. since my husband is jewish, i named the blog in honor of his culture and am trying my best to learn about it along the way. for more info on yiddish or jewish stuff just search the web; that's what i do. and keep noshing...
